I became aware of Florida House Bill HM19 that I urge all people of Florida to read.
It will express our demand that the Federal Government stop exceeding it’s constitutionally delegated powers and reaffirm Florida’s sovereignty under the 10th amendment under the United States Constitution.
This is a great step to protecting our states rights granted by the constitution, the REAL law of the land.

- Paul and his wife of 28 years, Ruth and their three children reside in the Tallahassee area. Paul McKain was educated at Miami Dade Junior college, from there he went on to work at Southern Bell as a lineman and repairman for four years. Paul then took a job working for the Miami Dade Circuit Court, and while working he decided to go back to school to further his education. With the assistance of a student loan, Paul attended Florida International University where he obtained his Bachelors of Science degree with a major in education and a minor in physical science. After completing his education, Paul taught school for over three years. He then applied to join the Sunrise Florida Fire/Rescue Department (SFFRD) where he worked as a Fire Fighter and Paramedic until his retirement in 2003, 23 years later. Thanks to Paul C. McKain and his invention of a vacuum release system culminating with the passage of Federal legislation, every public pool and spa is now required to have this release system on their vacuums to prevent the possibility of loss of life, limb or other injury.
